Nigel Kennedy is a British violinist, child prodigy, Aston Villa football club fan & self styled 'lout'. A pupil of Yehudi Menuhin, he has played a major part in making classical music popular among young people.

Nigel Kennedy is best know through his interpretation of Vivaldi's 'The Four Seasons' recorded in 1989 & selling over 2 million copies, earning a place in the Guinness Book of Records as the best-selling classical work of all time. Nigel has also collaborated with The Who and Kate Bush, as well as making multiple appearances at The Proms.
